Dydrotil 10mg Tablet works by imitating the activities of the natural hormone progesterone, which helps to alleviate the symptoms of hormonal imbalances. It helps in female infertility by preparing the lining of the uterus for pregnancy. It regulates the menstrual cycle and prevents repeated miscarriages. Therefore, this drug can increase the chances of pregnancy in females who have had a history of multiple abortions. It also relieves menstrual pain and cramps. Dydrotil 10mg Tablet prevents the growth of the endometrial tissues and relieves the symptoms of endometriosis including pain in the lower back and stomach, pain during sexual intercourse, constipation, diarrhea, and difficulty in conception.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dydrotil 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Take a hormonal medicine at the same time every day; the effect depends on a steady level. Seek urgent care for sudden chest pain, breathlessness, severe headache, weakness on one side, or pain and swelling in a calf — hormone preparations can raise the risk of clots. Tell your doctor if you smoke, have migraine with aura, high blood pressure, or a family history of clots or breast cancer, before starting. Report any unusual or heavy vaginal bleeding to your doctor.

Rifampicin, several anti-epileptics and St John's wort make hormonal contraception unreliable. Tell your doctor about every medicine, supplement and herbal product you take.
