Pubergen Jo 7500 IU is a prescription medicine containing Human chorionic gonadotropin (7500IU). It is used for female infertility and male hypogonadism. It belongs to the group of medicines called Hormone preparation.
Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. The dose and how long you take it depend on what you are being treated for and how you respond. Do not take more, or for longer, than your doctor has advised.
The side effects seen most often with Pubergen Jo 7500 IU are headache Injection site pain Irritability Restlessness Fatigue Depression. Most are mild and settle as the body gets used to the medicine. Tell your doctor if one persists or worries you.
Before you start, tell your doctor about any liver, kidney or heart problem, whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every other medicine you take, including supplements and ayurvedic preparations. Some of them can change how Pubergen Jo 7500 IU works.

Pubergen JO 7500 IU Injection is a sex hormone. In females, it works by controlling the release of eggs from the ovary. In males, it works by controlling production of the male hormone, testosterone which helps in the treatment of delayed puberty, and improves low sperm count.
Take a hormonal medicine at the same time every day; the effect depends on a steady level. Seek urgent care for sudden chest pain, breathlessness, severe headache, weakness on one side, or pain and swelling in a calf — hormone preparations can raise the risk of clots. Tell your doctor if you smoke, have migraine with aura, high blood pressure, or a family history of clots or breast cancer, before starting. Report any unusual or heavy vaginal bleeding to your doctor.
Take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is almost due, skip the one you missed — never take two doses together to catch up.
An overdose of this medicine may cause nausea, vomiting and withdrawal bleeding. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
Store as printed on the carton — some injections need refrigeration and must not be frozen. Keep out of the reach of children.
