Product details are provided by the manufacturer. Refer to the pack for complete information.
Dietary supplement/nutraceutical sachet; commonly used to support urinary tract health and help reduce recurrence of urinary tract infections (UTIs) (adjunct).
Cranberry contains proanthocyanidins (PACs) that may reduce the ability of certain bacteria (especially E. coli) to adhere to the urinary tract lining. This can help lower bacterial colonization and support urinary tract health; it is not an antibiotic and does not treat active severe infections.
Oral powder sachet: dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in water and drink immediately. Usually taken once daily or as directed by a physician; can be taken with or without food. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea, heartburn
Nutraceutical/food supplement—do not use as a substitute for prescribed therapy for active UTI. Consult a doctor if you have fever, flank pain, blood in urine, pregnancy, recurrent UTIs, kidney disease/stones, or if symptoms persist/worsen. Use with caution in patients with a history of kidney stones (cranberry may increase urinary oxalate in some). Diabetics should check for added sugars/sweeteners in the formulation. Not recommended in case of known allergy to cranberry/ingredients.
Warfarin/other anticoagulants (may increase bleeding risk—monitor INR), antiplatelet drugs (caution), drugs affected by significant changes in urinary pH (theoretical)
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the sachets tightly sealed and out of reach of children.
