Trental 400mg Tablet is a peripheral vasodilator. It works by decreasing the thickness (viscosity) of blood, allowing it to pass more easily through the blood vessels. This effect is beneficial in peripheral vascular disease, where the blood vessels in the arms and legs are narrowed.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trental 400mg Tablet should be taken with or after food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not stop or change the dose of a heart medicine on your own. Report fainting, a very slow or very fast pulse, or new breathlessness. Keep every follow-up appointment — most of these medicines need periodic blood tests or an ECG.

Heart medicines interact widely. Tell your doctor and pharmacist about everything you take, including herbal products.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
