Tests we run

This programme works from photos, not blood tests. If your dermatologist wants a test, we collect it at home and bill it separately.

Who you will meet

A dermatologist, on video: Two video consults, at the start and the end, and 2 reviews of your readings in between. Your dermatologist writes every prescription and every dose change.
Your coach, on WhatsApp: Asks for your readings on the right days, sends one short note a week, and answers your questions. A real person reads the chat too.
A care coordinator: Books your lab visits and consults, sends your medicines, and moves a step when life gets in the way.

What we will ask you to send

Charted in your profile. A reading that is dangerously high or low reaches a doctor the same day.

How you feel today, once a week: We ask for how you are feeling today, 1 (worst) to 10 (best). You reply with the number, like 7. Higher is better.
A photo of your face, every two weeks: Same light and angle each time, so the change is easy to see. Only your doctor and your coordinator see it.

Are the products included?

Products are billed separately at 15% off with free delivery, because the dermatologist chooses them for your skin.

Who sees my photos?

Only your dermatologist and the care coordinator. Photos are stored privately in your health profile and you can delete them any time.

How long before I see a change?

Acne usually settles over 6 to 8 weeks; pigmentation is slower, often 10 to 12 weeks. Your fortnightly photos make the change visible before you notice it in the mirror.

What happens after I pay?

A message from your coach arrives on WhatsApp with your plan and your first step. In the first week your first video consult is set up with the dermatologist.

Do I need to go anywhere?

No. Consults are on video, blood is collected at home, and medicines are delivered. Home collection runs across India and the time for your address is confirmed when we book your first visit.

What happens after 12 weeks?

You get a summary of your readings and results. If you want to keep your doctor, check-ins and medicine discount, continue month by month for ₹799. Nothing renews by itself.

Can I stop midway?

Yes. Tell your coordinator on WhatsApp. We refund the part you have not used, worked out from the tests, consults and calls already done at their list price.
