Bilastine (20mg) + Montelukast (10mg)
Treatment of Allergic conditions Treatment of Allergic rhinitis
Allerduo 20mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: bilastine and montelukast. Bilastine is an antiallergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to relieve symptoms of allergies.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Allerduo 20mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Allerduo Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
