Uses of Atorec 20MG Tab

High cholesterol

• •In High cholesterol Atorec-D 3 20mg/1000IU Tablet is used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. It helps improve comfort during cancer treatment by blocking signals in the brain that trigger these symptoms
• •allowing patients to better tolerate their therapy.

How it works

Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medication (statin). It works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required in the body to make cholesterol. It thus lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL). Vitamin D3 is added to relieve the muscular pain caused by Atorvastatin.

Directions for use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atorec-D 3 20mg/1000IU Tablet should be taken with or after food.
