Azilsartan medoxomil 80 mg + Chlorthalidone 12.5 mg (per tablet)
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when single-drug therapy is insufficient; helps reduce risk of cardiovascular events related to uncontrolled BP.
Azilsartan medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II effects, lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a thiazide-like diuretic that increases salt and water excretion, reducing blood volume and BP.
Take orally as prescribed by the doctor, usually once daily at the same time each day. Can be taken with or without food; swallow with water. Regular BP monitoring is advised; do not stop abruptly without medical advice.

Not recommended in pregnancy (can harm fetus). Use caution in kidney or liver disease, dehydration/low salt, heart failure, and elderly patients. May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected. Monitor kidney function and electrolytes (especially potassium, sodium) and uric acid; risk of gout with chlorthalidone. Seek medical help for severe lightheadedness, fainting, swelling, or allergic reactions.
