For ophthalmic use only. Instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s) as directed by the doctor. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface. If using other eye medicines, keep a 5–10 minute gap. Remove contact lenses before use unless advised otherwise.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Cromz E/D as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Cromz E/D than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Cromz E/D are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Use only under medical advice. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient. Stop use and consult a doctor if severe irritation, eye pain, swelling, or vision changes occur. Avoid driving immediately after instillation if vision is blurred. Maintain hygiene to prevent contamination; discard if solution changes color/gets cloudy. Use with caution in pregnancy/breastfeeding and in children unless prescribed.

Store below 25°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children. Discard within 4 weeks of opening (or as per label).
