How to take Episert Cream 30 g

This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Episert Cream, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule.

If you take too much

Taking more Episert than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly before applying Episert Cream. Use just enough to cover the infected skin and a small area around it. Always wash your hands after applying to avoid spreading the infection. Wear clean cotton socks and loose-fitting shoes to help with healing if treating athlete’s foot. Avoid bandages or tight dressings on the treated area unless your doctor advises. Use a separate towel for the affected area and wash clothes, socks, and towels regularly.
