Mecobalamin (1500mcg) + Vitamin D3 (2000IU) + DHA 40% (200mg) + L-Methyl Folate (1mg) + Pyridoxine 5 Phosphate (2mg)
Nutritional supplement for prevention and treatment of vitamin B12, folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin D deficiency; supports nerve health and neuropathic symptoms (e.g., tingling, numbness) associated with B-vitamin deficiency; supports pregnancy/preconception nutritional requirements and fetal brain/eye development due to folate and DHA (as advised by physician).
Mecobalamin (active vitamin B12), L-methylfolate (active folate) and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active vitamin B6) help red blood cell formation and support nerve repair and neurotransmitter function. Vitamin D3 improves calcium absorption and supports bone and muscle health. DHA (omega-3 fatty acid) is a structural component of brain and retina, supporting cognitive and visual development.
Oral capsule/tablet (as applicable): take 1 unit daily or as directed by the doctor, preferably after food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush/chew. If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it is near the next dose.
Common side effects of Folshot D may include:

Use under medical supervision, especially in pregnancy/lactation or if you have kidney disease, hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, history of kidney stones, malabsorption, or fish/seafood allergy. Do not exceed recommended dose; long-term high vitamin D can cause high calcium (symptoms: nausea, vomiting, frequent urination, weakness). Inform your doctor if you have anemia of unknown cause, neuropathy due to other causes, or are on anticoagulants/antiepileptics. Stop and seek care if allergic reaction occurs.
