Good Knight Fast Card contains Allethrin (d-trans allethrin) (strength not specified) impregnated on paper card. It belongs to the Synthetic pyrethroid insecticide (Allethrin) class of medicines.
Household insecticide used to kill/repel mosquitoes and other flying insects in rooms
The card releases insecticide fumes when lit. Allethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that affects insect nerve sodium channels, causing paralysis and death of mosquitoes.
Use only as directed on pack. Place the card on a heat-resistant surface/stand, light the edge and allow it to smoulder (do not allow open flame). Use in a closed room for the recommended time; ventilate the room afterwards. Keep away from food, children and pets.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Good Knight Fast Card as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Good Knight Fast Card than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Good Knight Fast Card are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

For external household use only; not a medicine. Do not inhale smoke directly. Avoid use in poorly ventilated areas and around people with asthma/respiratory disease, infants, pregnant women unless adequate ventilation is ensured. Keep away from flames and combustible materials; risk of fire/burns. Avoid contact with eyes/skin; wash hands after handling. If irritation, breathing difficulty or poisoning symptoms occur, move to fresh air and seek medical help. Keep away from aquariums/fish and cats (pyrethroids may be toxic).
No known drug interactions; avoid simultaneous exposure with other insecticide smoke/vapour products to reduce irritation/toxicity risk
Store in original pack in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep away from food and out of reach of children.
