Nervijen-P Capsule contains Benfotiamine (7.5mg) + Folic Acid (0.75mg) + Methylcobalamin (750mcg) + Pregabalin (75mg) + Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) (1.5mg). It belongs to the Vitamin B12 Supplement, Antioxidant, Anticonvulsant class of medicines.

Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

How to take Nervijen-P Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Nervijen-P Capsule may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Nervijen-P Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

An overdose of this medicine is unlikely to cause serious harm, because the body passes surplus B vitamins out in the urine. It can cause deep drowsiness, confusion, unsteadiness and slowed breathing, especially with an opioid or alcohol. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.
