How to take Nise Mdt 100 mg Tablet

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it unless your doctor has told you to. Take it with or just after food. Taking it at about the same time each day helps you remember. Follow the dose and the duration written on your prescription.

Long or high-dose use raises the risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney injury, particularly in older people and those already at risk. Avoid if you are dehydrated or have an illness with vomiting or loose motions — the kidneys are vulnerable then. Must be avoided in the last three months of pregnancy. Nimesulide must not be given to children under twelve, and courses are restricted to a few days because of the risk of liver injury. Stop and see a doctor at once if you notice yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine or persistent nausea.
