Predace Eye Drops is used in the treatment of redness and swelling in the eye.
Predace Eye Drops is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Predace Eye Drops may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Predace as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Predace than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

| Kidney | Predace Eye Drops is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Predace Eye Drops is recommended.<br>However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as careful dose selection and regular monitoring of kidney function tests are advised while you are taking this medicine. |
| Liver | Predace Eye Drops should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Predace Eye Drops may be needed. Please consult your doctor. |
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Predace. Some combinations can change how Predace works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Predace below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
<div class="style__desktop-container___1hcBT"><div class="style__desktop-video___2GTR9"><div class="styles__video-img___1rCzR"><div class=""/><div class=""/></div></div><div><div><div><div><div class="ExpertAdviceItem__content___1Djk2"><ul><li>Your doctor has prescribed Predace Eye Drops to treat redness and swelling (inflammation) of the eye. </li> <li>Do not use Predace Eye Drops for more than the prescribed duration as it may cause glaucoma or secondary infection. </li> <li>Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface, or to your eye, to avoid contaminating the eye drops.</li> <li>Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop.</li> <li>Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.</li> <li>Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer.</li> <li>If you wear soft contact lenses, remove them before putting in these eye drops and wait at least 15 minutes before putting your lenses back in.</li> <li>Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.</li> <li>Side effects such as mood changes or stomach problems can happen when you start taking Predace Eye Drops . Inform your doctor if this bothers you.</li> <li>Do not stop taking Predace Eye Drops suddenly without talking to your doctor first as it may cause worsening of symptoms.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>
