Uses of Pregain M

Neuropathic pain (e.g., diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia), nerve pain associated with vitamin B12 deficiency, tingling/numbness due to peripheral neuropathy

How it works

Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and thereby decreasing neuropathic pain. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin formation and nerve repair, helping improve nerve function.

Directions for use

Take orally as prescribed by the doctor, usually once or twice daily. Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day. Swallow capsule whole; do not crush or chew. Do not stop suddenly—taper as advised.
