Aluminium hydroxide, dimethicone, and milk of magnesia. Aluminium hydroxide is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine that disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Milk of magnesia is a laxative that works by drawing water into the intestine through osmosis, making the stools soft and easier to pass.

Warnings and precautions
This is for short-term relief. See a doctor if you need it most days for more than a couple of weeks. Do not take Riflux Fortz Chewable Tablet at least 2 hours before or after taking other medicines, as it may interact with other medications. It may cause constipation. Drink plenty of water and eat more high-fiber foods. Inform your doctor if it becomes severe or does not go away. It may take 4-6 weeks or more for the ulcers to heal completely. Do not stop taking the medicine without talking to your doctor first.
