Fexofenadine hydrochloride 120 mg
Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever) such as sneezing, runny/blocked nose, itchy/watery eyes; relief of skin allergy symptoms such as itching and hives (urticaria).
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine. It blocks histamine (H1) receptors to reduce allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching and runny nose. It causes minimal drowsiness compared with older antihistamines.
Tablet for oral use. Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily. Can be taken with or without food; swallow with water. Avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) and keep a gap of at least 2 hours from antacids containing aluminium or magnesium.

Use with caution in kidney impairment; dose adjustment may be needed. If you have heart rhythm problems or are elderly, consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Seek medical help for swelling of face/lips/throat, severe rash, or breathing difficulty. Not meant for acute severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).
