Tagamox Eo

Tagamox 0.5% Eye Drop is used in the treatment of bacterial eye infections.

In Bacterial infection

Tagamox Eo kills bacteria by stopping them copying their DNA, treating infections that have not responded to, or are not suitable for, other antibiotics.

In Urinary infection

Tagamox Eo clears bacteria from the bladder and kidneys, relieving burning, frequency and pain.

In Chest infection

Tagamox Eo treats bacterial chest infections, easing the cough, fever and breathlessness as the infection clears.

In Gut infection

Tagamox Eo treats bacterial infections of the gut that cause severe or persistent diarrhoea, particularly when travelling.

AlcoholCAUTION

Alcohol may worsen the side effects of this medicine. Limit it.

PregnancyUNSAFE

Tagamox 0.5% Eye Drop may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.<br>Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Breast feedingUNSAFE

Tagamox 0.5% Eye Drop is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.

DrivingCAUTION

May cause drowsiness or affect your concentration. Do not drive until you know how it affects you.

KidneyCONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Consult your doctor if you have kidney disease.

LiverCAUTION

Use with caution if you have liver disease. Your doctor may adjust the dose or monitor your liver function.

Use caution before driving or using machines.</li> <li>Do not wear contact lenses until your infection clears up.</li> <li>Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the medication.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>
