How it works

Telcure Beta Plus 10mg/25mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: cilnidipine, metoprolol, and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. They work by different mechanisms to provide better control of blood pressure when single or dual therapy is not effective.
