Voprazan 10 mg Tablet contains Vonoprazan 10 mg tablet. It belongs to the Potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) class of medicines.

How to take Voprazan 10 mg Tablet

Take as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Do not crush or chew. Duration depends on the condition (e.g., GERD/ulcer) and response.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

Warnings and precautions

Seek medical advice if alarm symptoms occur (blood in vomit/stool, unexplained weight loss, persistent vomiting, difficulty swallowing). Not intended for immediate relief of acute heartburn unless advised.

Interactions with other medicines

May reduce absorption/effect of medicines requiring acidic pH (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, posaconazole, erlotinib). Use caution with digoxin and other narrow-therapeutic-index drugs; monitor if co-administered. Inform doctor about all medicines including antacids, H2 blockers, PPIs, and antibiotics for H. pylori.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
