Vonoprazan 10 mg (as vonoprazan fumarate) tablet

Uses of Vonomac 10MG Tab

Treatment of acid-peptic disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, gastritis/acid reflux symptoms; may be used as part of H. pylori eradication regimens as prescribed.

How it works

Vonoprazan is a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits the gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) in stomach parietal cells. It suppresses acid secretion rapidly and for a prolonged duration, helping relieve heartburn and promote healing of acid-related injury.

Directions for use

Take by mouth as advised by the doctor, usually once daily. Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day and swallow whole with water. Do not crush or chew; duration depends on the condition being treated.
