Sitagliptin (100mg) + Metformin (1000mg) + Empagliflozin (25mg)
Treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus
Xenia Trio Forte Tablet ER is a combination of sitagliptin, metformin, and empagliflozin. Metformin decreases glucose production in the liver and improves the body’s response to insulin. Sitagliptin increases insulin release and lowers glucose production after meals by improving natural hormone activity. Empagliflozin helps remove excess glucose through urine by blocking its reabsorption in the kidneys. When combined, these actions complement each other, reducing sugar production, improving insulin action, and promoting glucose elimination. This multi-target approach provides stronger, more balanced blood sugar control and helps lower the risk of long-term complications in type 2 diabetes.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Xenia Trio Forte Tablet ER may be taken with or without food.

A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Xenia Trio Forte Tab. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
