Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 650 mg
Relief of fever and mild to moderate pain such as headache, body ache, toothache, sore throat, cold/flu-associated fever, muscle pain, and menstrual pain.
Paracetamol inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, which reduces pain perception. It also acts on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to lower fever.
Oral tablet. Take as directed by a physician; swallow with water. Can be taken with or without food (take after food if stomach upset occurs). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; maintain a gap of 4–6 hours between doses unless advised otherwise.

Do not use with other paracetamol/acetaminophen-containing products to avoid overdose. Overdose may cause severe liver damage; seek urgent medical help if excess dose is taken. Use with caution in liver disease, chronic alcoholism, malnutrition, severe kidney disease, or dehydration. Stop and consult a doctor if rash/allergy occurs or fever/pain persists.
