How Zanocin OD 400 mg works

Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, blocking DNA replication and leading to bacterial death.

How to take Zanocin OD 400 mg

Take by mouth once daily or as prescribed. Swallow whole; do not crush/chew (OD/ER tablet). Can be taken with or without food; take at the same time each day. Avoid taking with milk/antacids/iron/calcium/zinc within 2 hours before or after the dose.

Avoid excessive sunlight/UV exposure (photosensitivity). Complete the full course; do not self-medicate.
