How Zulu P Tablet works

Zulu-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

How to take Zulu P Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zulu-P Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Zulu-P Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Zulu P than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Most side effects of Zulu P are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

How to store Zulu P Tablet

Store Zulu P below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Take Zulu-P Tablet with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation. Do not take Zulu-P Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol without consulting your doctor. Avoid taking Zulu-P Tablet with other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac) unless advised by your doctor. Zulu-P Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Stop taking Zulu-P Tablet and seek medical attention if you develop severe stomach pain or black/tarry stools. Stay well hydrated while using Zulu-P Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects.
