A substitute contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength, as Zulu P Tablet. The medicine inside is the same — the brand name, manufacturer and price are what differ.
All medicines sold in India, branded or generic, must meet the quality standards set by the national drug regulator (CDSCO). A lower price does not mean lower quality.
Please confirm with your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — they will check that the strength and form match your prescription.
Zulu P Tablet contains Aceclofenac (100mg) + Paracetamol (325mg).
Pain relief
Zulu-P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zulu-P Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
If you miss a dose of Zulu-P Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
Taking more Zulu P than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Zulu P are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Zulu P. Some combinations can change how Zulu P works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Zulu P below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
Take Zulu-P Tablet with food to reduce the risk of stomach irritation. Do not take Zulu-P Tablet with other medicines containing paracetamol without consulting your doctor. Avoid taking Zulu-P Tablet with other NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac) unless advised by your doctor. Zulu-P Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you. Stop taking Zulu-P Tablet and seek medical attention if you develop severe stomach pain or black/tarry stools. Stay well hydrated while using Zulu-P Tablet, as dehydration may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects. Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, kidney disease, or liver disease before taking Zulu-P Tablet. Do not increase the dose or frequency of Zulu-P Tablet without medical advice. Inform your doctor if you develop a rash, swelling, or signs of an allergic reaction while taking Zulu-P Tablet. If dizziness occurs after taking Zulu-P Tablet, avoid activities requiring alertness such as driving. If pain persists or keeps recurring despite taking Zulu-P Tablet, consult your doctor for further evaluation.
