Taking Chlorthalidone with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.
Amlodac CH Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Amlodac CH Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br>Use of Amlodac CH Tablet is not recommended in these patients.

Amlodac CH Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure.
Amlodac CH Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and chlorthalidone which lower blood pressure effectively. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker which relaxes blood vessels and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body by increasing the amount of urine produced. Over time it also works by relaxing blood vessels and improving blood flow.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Amlodac CH Tablet is to be taken with food.
