Clopilet A 75 contains Aspirin (75mg) + Clopidogrel (75mg) and is used for preventing heart attack and stroke. Prescription required.

Clopilet A 75 Capsule is a combination of two antiplatelet medicines: Aspirin and Clopidogrel which prevent heart attack. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. It is also used to treat acute coronary syndrome (ACS).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clopilet A 75 Capsule should be taken with or after food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Use with caution in patients with a history of bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer disease, or liver impairment. Discontinue prior to surgery.

Anticoagulants, NSAIDs, SSRIs, CYP2C19 inhibitors

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from light and moisture.
