Nutritional supplement used to support hair health and help reduce hair fall due to nutritional deficiencies.

Hair-support supplements typically provide essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids required for keratin formation and hair follicle function. By correcting deficiencies (e.g., biotin, zinc, iron/folate where applicable), they may improve hair strength and growth over time.

Tablet: Take as directed by physician. Commonly 1 tablet once daily after food with water; do not exceed the recommended dose. Visible benefit may take 8–12 weeks of regular use.

Nausea, stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, metallic taste, headache

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients with kidney disease or a history of kidney stones (if product contains high-dose vitamin C/biotin/minerals). If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have thyroid disease, or are on long-term medicines, consult a doctor before use. Stop and seek medical advice if rash, swelling, or breathing difficulty occurs. If hair fall is sudden/patchy or associated with weight loss, fever, or hormonal problems, get evaluated.

May interact with thyroid medicines (levothyroxine) and some antibiotics (tetracyclines/quinolones) if it contains minerals like iron/calcium/zinc—separate dosing by 2–4 hours. Biotin can interfere with certain lab tests (e.g., thyroid, troponin) — inform the lab/doctor.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
