Prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency; supports calcium absorption and bone health in conditions like osteopenia/osteoporosis as advised by a doctor.

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is converted in the body to active vitamin D, which increases calcium and phosphate absorption from the gut. This helps maintain normal blood calcium levels and supports bone mineralization and muscle function.

Take as directed by your doctor. Usually taken orally with food or after a meal (fat-containing meal improves absorption). Swallow the tablet/capsule whole with water; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Use with caution in kidney disease, kidney stones, hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous disorders. Excess vitamin D can cause high calcium levels; seek medical advice if symptoms like persistent nausea, confusion, excessive thirst/urination occur. If also taking calcium supplements, monitoring may be required.
