Pyrigesic Drops

Pyrigesic Drops contains Paracetamol (100mg/ml).

Relief of fever and mild to moderate pain in infants/children (e.g., teething pain, headache, earache, post‑immunization fever, common cold/flu-associated fever).

Acts centrally to reduce fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain’s temperature-regulating center and provides analgesia by reducing pain signal mediators.

Oral drops: Shake well before use. Measure the dose with the provided dropper as per child’s weight/age and doctor’s advice. Can be given with or without food; giving after food/milk may reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed the recommended dose/frequency.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhoea, loss of appetite, rash, itching, increased liver enzymes (rare)

Do not use more than the prescribed dose; overdose can cause serious liver damage. Use with caution in liver disease, severe kidney disease, dehydration, malnutrition, or chronic alcohol exposure in caregivers. Avoid using multiple medicines containing the same fever/pain ingredient simultaneously. Seek medical help if fever persists >3 days, pain >2 days, child is very drowsy, has breathing difficulty, persistent vomiting, or signs of allergy.

Store below 25°C, protected from light and moisture. Keep bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
