Nutritional supplement syrup used to help prevent or treat vitamin and mineral deficiencies; supports general weakness, fatigue, poor appetite, and recovery after illness (as advised by a doctor).

Multivitamin and multimineral supplements replenish essential micronutrients required for normal metabolism, energy production, blood formation, and immune function. They help correct dietary insufficiency and support overall growth and wellbeing.

Shake well before use. Measure dose with a cup/spoon. Usually taken orally after food; dose and duration depend on age, nutritional status, and doctor’s advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, constipation, diarrhoea, metallic taste, headache, urine discoloration

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in kidney disease, liver disease, history of kidney stones, iron overload disorders, or if taking other vitamin/mineral products (risk of overdose). If diabetic, check sugar content of syrup. Stop and seek medical advice if allergic reactions occur.

May interact with antacids and calcium/iron (reduce absorption of some vitamins/minerals), levothyroxine (separate dosing), tetracyclines/fluoroquinolones (separate dosing if minerals present), warfarin (vitamin K-containing products may affect INR), methotrexate/phenytoin (folate-related interactions)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Protect from light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
