Used to measure human body temperature for fever screening and monitoring at home or in clinical settings.
A digital thermometer uses an electronic temperature sensor (thermistor) to detect temperature changes. The device converts this signal into a digital reading displayed on the screen, typically with a beep when measurement is complete.
Use as per user manual. Place the probe tip under the tongue (oral), in the armpit (axillary), or rectally as advised; keep in place until the completion beep, then read the display. Clean/disinfect the tip before and after use; use the same method each time for consistent tracking.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Accu Digital Thermometer as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Accu Digital Thermometer than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
