Use with caution in heart disease/arrhythmias, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders. May cause hypokalemia; risk increases with high doses or with diuretics/steroids/xanthines. Overuse may worsen asthma control—review treatment if needing frequent doses. If allergic to salbutamol or similar medicines, avoid.
