Besvil-Trio 100 Octacap is a combination of fluticasone furoate, umeclidinium, and vilanterol. Umeclidinium and vilanterol work by relaxing air passages in the lungs, making breathing easier.

How to take Besvil-Trio 100 Capsule

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Besvil-Trio 100 Octacap, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

Taking more Besvil-Trio than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.

Most side effects of Besvil-Trio are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:

How to store Besvil-Trio 100 Capsule

Store Besvil-Trio below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.

Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse. Start your day with a light exercise or walk to have improved breathing and a better quality of life. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Inform your doctor if you experience difficulty urinating or frequent urination. Besvil-Trio 100 Octacap does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. If at any time your breathing gets worse, please contact your doctor or nurse for advice straightaway. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
