If you miss a dose of Besvil-Trio 100 Octacap, use it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
If you take too much
An overdose of this medicine may cause a racing heart, restlessness and a rise in blood pressure if swallowed. It can cause a racing heart, marked tremor, headache and a fall in blood potassium. Do not wait for symptoms to appear — go to the nearest emergency department and take the pack or strip with you.

Warnings and precautions
Do not use a medicated nasal decongestant for more than the few days stated on the pack. Longer use causes rebound congestion that is worse than the original block. Saline drops and sprays have no such limit and are safe for repeated use. Use your own bottle only — sharing spreads infection. Know which of your inhalers is the reliever and which is the preventer. A preventer must be used every day even when you feel well; a reliever is for symptoms. Seek emergency care if your reliever is not working, if you cannot speak a full sentence, or if you are using the reliever far more often than usual. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after every steroid inhaler dose to prevent thrush and hoarseness. Ask your doctor or pharmacist to watch your technique — poor technique is the commonest reason an inhaler seems not to work. Use a spacer if one has been advised, particularly for children.
Do not take Besvil-Trio if
Not for anyone with a known allergy to this medicine or to any ingredient in the pack. Decongestant sprays are not suitable for very young children without medical advice. Not for anyone with a known allergy to the propellant used in the inhaler.
Interactions with other medicines
Decongestants can raise blood pressure; tell your doctor if you are hypertensive. Beta blockers, including eye drops for glaucoma, can tighten the airways and reduce the effect of your reliever.

Store below 30°C in the original pack, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.

Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse. Start your day with a light exercise or walk to have improved breathing and a better quality of life. Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Inform your doctor if you experience difficulty urinating or frequent urination. Besvil-Trio 100 Octacap does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. If at any time your breathing gets worse, please contact your doctor or nurse for advice straightaway. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
