Dicyclomine (20mg) + Diclofenac (50mg)
Treatment of Abdominal pain
Cataspa Tablet is a combination of two medicines: dicyclomine and diclofenac, which relieves abdominal pain and cramps. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, and discomfort. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause abdominal pain and inflammation (swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Cataspa Tablet should be taken with or after food.
