Cholinesave Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ginkgo Biloba, Piracetam and Vinpocetine. Ginkgo Biloba and Piracetam increase blood flow to the brain and protect it from damage by harmful chemical substances (free radicals). Vinpocetine works by further protecting the brain and nervous system from shortness of oxygen and also affects various channels on nerve cells.

Do not stop this medicine suddenly without asking your doctor. This medicine causes drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you. Iron makes stools black and can cause constipation — this is expected, but tell your doctor if it troubles you.
