Dolopar 650 Tablet contains Paracetamol (650mg). It belongs to the Para-aminophenol derivative class of medicines.

How Dolopar 650 Tablet works

Paracetamol works centrally to reduce pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. It does not significantly reduce inflammation at usual doses.

How to take Dolopar 650 Tablet

Take as prescribed. Swallow with water, with or without food. Maintain a 4-6 hour gap between doses; do not exceed the maximum daily dose recommended by a doctor (commonly up to 3,000-4,000 mg/day in adults depending on risk factors).

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Dolopar 650 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
