Farobact Cv treats the bacterial infection it was prescribed for by killing the bacteria or stopping them multiplying. Finishing the course makes sure the infection does not return.

Farobact Cv clears the bacteria or other organisms causing diarrhoea, abdominal pain and bloating, so the gut settles.

In Skin infection

Farobact Cv treats infected skin and soft tissue, bringing down redness, swelling and pain.

In Dental infection

Farobact Cv treats infections of the teeth and gums, easing the pain and swelling until your dentist can deal with the cause.

In Throat infection

• Stick to simple meals, avoid rich or spicy food and drink plenty of water while taking Farobact CV 200mg/125mg Tablet.
• Try to drink plenty of water while you are taking Farobact CV 200mg/125mg Tablet.
• Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Farobact CV 200mg/125mg Tablet.
• Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete.
• Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
• If you are taking any contraceptive 'pill' at the same time as this antibiotic, the effectiveness of the 'pill' can be reduced if you vomiting (which lasts for more than 24 hours).
• In such a case, ask your doctor for additional contraceptive measures.
• Stop taking Farobact CV 200mg/125mg Tablet and inform your doctor immediately if you develop an itchy rash, swelling of the face, throat, or tongue, or breathing difficulties while taking it.
