Composition of Fesozinc Xt Tablet

Fesozinc Xt Tablet contains Ferrous ascorbate (equivalent to elemental iron) + Folic acid + Zinc (as zinc sulphate/other zinc salt) + Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) (strengths not specified). It belongs to the Iron supplement (haematinic) with folate, zinc and vitamin B12 class of medicines.

How to take Fesozinc Xt Tablet

Tablet to be taken orally as advised by doctor, usually once daily. Preferably take after food if it causes stomach upset; take at the same time each day. Avoid taking together with milk, tea/coffee, antacids or calcium supplements; keep a 2-hour gap.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
