Forzest 20 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Forzest 20 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it’s easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

How to take Forzest 20 mg Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Forzest 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose

If you miss a dose

If you miss a dose of Forzest 20 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

If you take too much

It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But, you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity. Do not take it more than once a day. Do not use Forzest 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain). It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse. Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse. Do not use Forzest 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain), if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months, or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
