Use with caution in renal/hepatic disease; dose adjustments may be needed. Inform doctor if you have sulfonylurea/sulfonamide allergy, G6PD deficiency (risk of haemolysis), or if you are fasting/ill. Seek urgent care for severe hypoglycaemia, jaundice, unusual bruising/bleeding, or allergic reactions. Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis.
