Ibuclin Jr is used for ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet is used for pain relief and fever. It relieves pain in conditions like headache, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis or painful menses.

Ibuclin Jr contains Paracetamol (125mg) + Ibuprofen (100mg).
Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Ibuclin Jr as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Ibuclin Jr than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Ibuclin Jr are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

| Kidney | Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br/>Use of Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Long term use of this medicine can affect the kidney function. |
| Liver | Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.<br/>However, the use of Ibuclin Junior 100 mg/125 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease. |
Tell your doctor or pharmacist about every medicine you take, including over-the-counter products, vitamins and herbal or ayurvedic preparations, before starting Ibuclin Jr. Some combinations can change how Ibuclin Jr works or raise the chance of side effects.
Store Ibuclin Jr below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the pack tightly closed and out of the reach of children. Do not use it after the expiry date printed on the pack.
