May cause photosensitivity—limit sun exposure. Use with caution in kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed), history of seizures, myasthenia gravis, and in patients with heart rhythm problems. Stop and seek medical help if tendon pain/swelling, severe diarrhea, numbness/tingling, palpitations, or allergic symptoms occur.
