Levosalbutamol (as Levosalbutamol Sulphate) 50 mcg + Ipratropium Bromide 20 mcg per actuation (inhalation aerosol)
Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and emphysema; used when combination bronchodilation is required.
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle and widens the airways. Ipratropium is an anticholinergic that blocks muscarinic receptors in the lungs, reducing bronchoconstriction and mucus secretion. Together they provide additive bronchodilation and improve breathing.
For inhalation use only. Use exactly as prescribed. Shake well before use; exhale fully, seal lips around mouthpiece, press canister and inhale deeply, then hold breath ~10 seconds. Typical adult dosing is 1–2 puffs up to 3–4 times daily as directed; wait ~1 minute between puffs. Can be used with or without food; rinse mouth after use and clean mouthpiece regularly.

Use with caution in heart disease (arrhythmia, ischemic heart disease), hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders and glaucoma; avoid spray in eyes (may worsen narrow-angle glaucoma). May cause paradoxical bronchospasm—stop and seek medical help if wheezing/breathlessness worsens after use. Do not exceed prescribed dose. If symptoms are not controlled or rescue use increases, consult a doctor. Use caution in prostatic hyperplasia/urinary retention. Not a substitute for anti-inflammatory controller therapy if prescribed (e.g., inhaled steroids).
