Montelukast 10 mg + Levocetirizine 5 mg (tablet)
Allergic rhinitis (seasonal/perennial) with sneezing, runny/blocked nose, watery eyes; allergy-related cough/wheezing; as add-on prophylaxis in mild asthma where allergy is a trigger (doctor advised).
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks inflammatory chemicals (leukotrienes) responsible for allergy symptoms and bronchoconstriction. Levocetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce sneezing, itching, watery eyes and runny nose.
Tablet: take as prescribed, commonly 1 tablet once daily in the evening or at night. Can be taken with or without food; swallow whole with water. Not for sudden asthma attack relief.

May cause sleepiness/dizziness—avoid driving or operating machinery if affected. Montelukast has rare neuropsychiatric effects (mood changes, agitation, abnormal dreams, depression, suicidal thoughts); stop and seek medical help if these occur. Use with caution in severe liver disease and in kidney impairment (levocetirizine dose adjustment may be needed). Not a rescue medicine for acute asthma/bronchospasm. Use in children only on doctor advice and appropriate strength.
