Only Whey Vanilla contains Whey protein powder (vanilla flavour) — strength per serving not specified. It belongs to the Protein supplement (whey protein) class of medicines.
Whey protein provides essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). These amino acids support muscle protein synthesis and help repair and maintain lean muscle mass after exercise or during periods of increased protein demand.
Oral powder. Mix the recommended scoop/quantity in water or milk and consume once or twice daily or as advised by a dietitian/doctor. Can be taken after exercise or between meals; follow label instructions for exact serving size.
Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.
Take the missed dose of Only Whey Vanilla as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with the usual schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
Taking more Only Whey Vanilla than prescribed can be harmful. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor or go to the nearest emergency department at once, and carry the pack or strip with you. In India the emergency number is 112.
Most side effects of Only Whey Vanilla are mild and settle as the body adjusts. Reported side effects include:
Stop the medicine and seek help immediately for a rash, swelling of the face or lips, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Tell your doctor about any side effect that persists or worries you.

Consult a doctor before use if pregnant/breastfeeding, under 18, have kidney or liver disease, or are on a protein-restricted diet. Do not exceed recommended daily intake; supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.
No major drug interactions known. If you have chronic kidney disease or take nephrotoxic medicines, discuss total protein intake with a doctor. Separate from oral medicines if it causes stomach upset.
