Podhil 200 Tablet

Podhil 200 Tablet is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used for the treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tract, skin & soft-tissue, ear, blood, genital and lungs (pneumonia).

In Bacterial infection

Podhil kills a wide range of bacteria by breaking down their cell walls, bringing the infection under control. Finishing the full course prevents it coming back.

In Chest infection

Podhil treats bacterial infections of the chest, easing the cough, fever and breathlessness as the bacteria are cleared.

In Urinary infection

Podhil clears the bacteria behind burning, frequency and pain on passing urine.

In Ear and throat infection

Podhil treats bacterial infections of the ear, throat and sinuses, relieving the pain and fever they cause.

In Typhoid

Podhil kills the typhoid bacteria in the blood and gut, bringing down the fever and preventing the complications of untreated typhoid.

Alcohol

Consuming alcohol with Podhil 200 Tablet does not cause any harmful side effects.

Breast feedingUNSAFE

Podhil 200 Tablet is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.<br>Avoid prolonged use of Podhil 200 Tablet , since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea.

KidneyCAUTION

Podhil 200 Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Podhil 200 Tablet is recommended.
