Pregabalin 75 mg + Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) (strength unknown)
Neuropathic pain (nerve pain) associated with diabetic neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, peripheral neuropathy; vitamin B12 deficiency–related neuropathy (as advised by doctor).
Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and thereby decreasing nerve pain. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath repair and nerve regeneration, helping improve neuropathic symptoms when B12 deficiency contributes.
Capsule for oral use. Take exactly as prescribed, preferably at the same time each day; may be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or open. Do not stop suddenly—dose should be tapered under medical advice.
