Pregaba M SR 75 mg Tablet contains Pregabalin 75 mg (sustained release). It belongs to the Gabapentinoid (alpha-2-delta calcium channel ligand) class of medicines.

How Pregaba M SR 75 mg Tablet works

Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This reduces release of excitatory neurotransmitters and decreases abnormal nerve signaling, thereby relieving neuropathic pain.

How to take Pregaba M SR 75 mg Tablet

Oral sustained-release tablet: swallow whole with water; do not crush, chew or break. Take at the same time each day as directed by the doctor; preferably with/after food if stomach upset occurs. Dose adjustment may be needed in kidney disease; do not stop suddenly without medical advice.

Take it exactly as your doctor prescribed. Do not change the dose or stop early on your own.

Missed dose and overdose
